He took over the interim role in February when Steve Holbrook left the business.

Since joining Wates in March 2025 as UK Operations Director, Mosey has focused on driving forward safety, quality, sustainability and operational performance.

He previously spent 16 years at Laing O’Rourke rising through the ranks to become Head of Procurement.

Wates Construction will now begin the process of recruiting a replacement UK Operations Director.
